Polish translations are certified in house. Other languages go through a translator, which is quoted as a disbursement.

Courier and postage costs are charged at cost as a disbursement, on top of the notarial fee.

Mobile visits and appointments outside normal business hours may incur an additional fee. This will be included in your quote.
If this is likely to be recurring or a large batch, it helps to say so up front.
This is how the practice learns which channels actually work. It is genuinely useful.
